Guardijan mjerni sistem sastoji se od 3 komponente:
1.MCT 360 mjerač
2.Automatski mehanizam za kretanje mjerača po traverzi
3.Računalo PC sa instaliranim softverom za vizualizaciju
MCT360 je montiran na traverzu iznad trake na kojoj vršimo mjerenje i automatski pokretan motorom i prenosnim mehanizmom, te se kreće s jedne strane trake na drugu. Traverza i mjerač MCT360 imaju komunikaciju sa kompjuterom i izmjenjuju podatke sa programom za vizualizaciju.
Moguć je istovremen rad dvije traverze i mjerača sa jednim kompjuterom,prezentirajući
6 profila (po tri za svaki mjerač) u realnom vremenu.

The Guardian Scanning Frame System is comprised of three components.
• MCT-360 NIR Transmitter
• Automated Scanning Frame
• PC with Automated Guardian Profile SoftwareThe MCT 360 NIR sensor is mounted on the scanner and is programmed to move continuously across the web.. Both the scanner and the MCT 360 communicate directly with the Guardian Profile Software.

• Wall, cabinet or arm mountable 38cm Flat-Panel Touch Screen Display
• Simple intuitive Operator Interface (The operating system design is intuitive….the menu logically runs through the set up of the gauge and the scanner controller and the Display Settings).
• Moisture and/or coat weight and optional Product Temperature measurement (Multiple measurements from a single sensor providing useful information for better process control without incurring additional installation and maintenance costs. Cross web profile of up to 3 constituents simultaneously).
• Different display options(2-10 scan rolling average live profile, zone averages (1-50) or scan average).
• Measurement Confidence (Robust measurement algorithms combined with dual beam single detector technology result in solid measurement performance).
• Most cost effective NIR scanning system available (The Guardian SFS is the most economical scanning system on the market, and it is ideal for simple coating applications).
